Barossa Enterprises Inc. is the successful provider of the Australian Government's Inclusive Employment Australia contract for the Adelaide Hills and Fleurieu regions. While the contract is held by Barossa Enterprises Inc. trading as Riverland & Mallee Enterprises, employment services are delivered in the Adelaide Hills and Fleurieu Region under our trusted Southern Community Options brand, ensuring people with disability receive personalised support to find, secure and maintain meaningful employment. Under this initiative, we will provide employment support services to young autistic people to find and keep a job. Inclusive Employment Australia has replaced the existing Disability Employment Services (DES) program, offering personalised support to help individuals thrive in the workplace. With nearly 50 years of experience supporting people living with disability, we are proud to build on our reputation as a trusted provider of employment and community services. We are dedicated to helping jobseekers build confidence, secure long-term employment, and thrive in workplaces that value inclusion. Our extensive expertise includes supported employment, skills development, and services designed to support individuals to achieve their goals and increase their independence.
